An order is counted once Finnoto ingests it, matches it against the marketplace settlement and your bank credit, and posts the result. Cancelled or returned orders that flow through reconciliation are included; plan tiers are based on this monthly volume.
Nothing breaks. You simply pay the per-order rate for the overage - ₹0.83 on Starter and ₹0.66 on Growth. If you consistently run above your tier, moving up a plan usually works out cheaper, and we'll flag that for you.
